outdoor seating (by breakfast area) was in bad shape. it was both dirty and damaged.

comfortable accommodations and great beach, great pool and outdoor bar and restaurant

did not feel that the cleaning of pool/pool deck and other common areas were maintained or cleaned regularly

at the litchfield beach and golf resort was excellent
