kitchen and everything i needed

love the kitchen, spacious room and good selection at breakfast

the suite was exactly what we needed. loved the kitchen.

a fairly new hotel so it’s very clean, i got a suite which came with a lot of things like a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, pots, pan, refrigerator, stove) the one bedroom suite had 2 tvs, iron ,

more than one occasion guest had to stand in line for over 15min waiting on food to come from the kitchen

the lobby and kitchen area were very clean, the staff was friendly, great location

kitchen ran out of breakfast. i got there in the last hour.

bed confortable, studio space nicely organized, kitchen ok, breakfast very good

king size bed in one room, two double beds in other, living area in between with kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher

having access to a full size refrigerator and kitchen made me feel like i was home

kitchen area was tired and let down the overall impression of the room, but was not an issue

the kitchenette, clean roomy, provided breakfast.

in this time of covid having a kitchen was very helpful

room had high ceilings, beautiful kitchen

loved the setting of the rooms most of all that it had a mini kitchen on it with things i needed to

pool closes early.

rooms are very large and all have a patio that faces the pool

the individual working the bar used tepid coffee for irish coffee drink and i had to go to my room to make my decaffeinated

king room w/ sofa bed perfect for me and my 3 kids

had a good time at the gym

is too small for five people with kids

nice pool, nicely designed room, great cafe near the lobby.

hotel & spa has become my home away from home

was very nice, and room was clean and our room had kitchenette witch was a plus and also very clean

having the kitchen facilities and this month the price was good.

in rooms, side doors left open not safe, wish they leve the kitchen supplys in room and not have to ask for things

had a kitchen but i never got the materials needed to cook nor was i able to participate in the breakfast

the pantry was low in stock... and the kitchen was closed already

poor management, should have taken order the night before esp if the kitchen is not in the hotel and they know ppl are rushing in the morning

the food and kitchen service at the restaurant was exemplary.

was ok but cold so i had to ask for it to be warmed up in the kitchen microwave

kitchenette was nice wifi nice shower to short showerhead needs to taller !!!

the kitchen is not well equipped there is nothing to cook the stove does not work well

than the annoying mix up on our reservation: the room was not very clean, the waste basket in the kitchenette was tiny and not suited for kitchen waste so there were flies everywhere

a room with 2 queen beds and kitchenette, was shown a room with two twins and no kitchenette

room service you have to leave your room to receive it didn't like that at all

have to buy at lobby bar for over $3

the breakfast, and room service is not delivered to your room. you have to go downstairs.

stayed here because they have a 24 hour shuttle to la guardia airport

the place was clean and the breakfast was good

i never put 10 because wifi was so bad my kids not enjoyed much our stay keep on complaining about wifi

none of the gym equipment worked and there were no free weights, it was completely unusable

gym is hardly even basic

airport shuttle was perfect, we arrived early so we left our bags and we went on our day

i liked the pool and the gym and things of that nature.

i took the free shuttle bus to laguardia airport ,the driver ,sammy is very nice also

they were wonderful with the kids

room; room not protected from loud airplanes noise coming from laguardia airport the woman in the kitchen is very very bad; staff at the front desk speek a rough english; women who do the room

the kitchen staff young lady was a hard worker, kept things tidy and clean, and

love this hotel the breakfast was great the young lady who was attending the kitchen was very nice and polite the neighbors were great and the best was that the little mall was

it also had a complete kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave
