us very cold and no chairs nothing at the pool, deco is ugly, it is dirty everywhere… we had a kitchen but nothing in it not even a fork or pan or plate…

paid am extra $20 to upgrade to the room i was led to believe i booked online which included a kitchen only to find out that there is absolutely no kitchenware provided

reserved a room with a kitchenette but when i got there they said that it was going to cost more

that advertising rooms with kitchen. when i got there they were rude

the plug in the kitchen did not work so i had to cook on the kitchen table.

i liked the grab and go breakfast and they had laundry facility

he put me in a room next to the laundry room and it was noisy and could not sleep because of the noise and the door slamming open

run down, noisy, but in fairness my room was next to laundry and vending machines.
