the kitchen ladies went out of their way to make my daughter feel welcome

there was a squished huge black bug on the floor in the kitchen and dirty dishes in the dishwasher

good front desk staff. kitchen staff was very attentive.

rented the large room with kitchen

free coffee anytime in the lobby kitchen area

but looked as if someone had been laying on top, a plug in had metal pieces stuck in it, the kitchenette sink was just odd and the mini fridge was dirty

the kitchen was clean and we had plenty of towels

very clean room with a full kitchen. easy parking

when we opened the door, i was surprised to see a very clean and comfortable suite, with a tiny kitchen, seating/living area, and a large king size bed

they let us in early and we even had access to a clean, maintained swimming pool steps from the room

disappointed that the pool was closed

the staff got us passes to big splash because the pool was not filled

pool was closed for maintenance

chose this place because they advertised they had a pool

the pool open. if i knew the pool was closed i would have never rented
