when i expressed how amazing the kitchen staff lady was that morning with the large amount of guests she was dismissive to the

spacious and clean room, good breakfast, kitchen staff was hardworking and friendly.

the pool area, lobby, and hallways were disgusting and all needed vacuuming and mopped
