fiancée & i booked a 'suite king bed w/ kitchentte smoke' room for an extended stay 28+ days, unfortunately we had a fire at our home &

the room on a rainy day was horrible with lack of entertainment the room should have had a real kitchen and not a fake setup kitchen i thought i was getting a kitchen where i can make a meal

brought a superior room with the kitchen and i got the it's no kitchen the refrigerator and microwave was on to of each other and it

paid for a king bed with full kitchen(microwave and refrigerator), received a standard room.

they allowed early check in
