the room i had, 307, is large with its own lounge, large bathroom, large bedroom, kitchen area and balcony

wasn't a lot of options for breakfast but since we had a kitchen and refrigerator in our room it didn't matter too much for us

room amenities were not working(hair dryer) or missing(hanging and kitchen items)

kitchen was filthy and the food selection very limited

kitchen lady on sunday seemed distracted/worried/unhappy and wasn't very nice to people eating

the separate bedroom. there was a private bathroom. had a kitchen, table and chairs.

the pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking and they had a bucket sitting under it

first customer service was horrible the kitchen no hot me and they who looked homeless with open uncovered wounds when i asked where is the

awful. rude staff in kitchen. wasn’t to nice when i asked for tea

i thought i was getting a suite partly my fault assuming all rooms had full kitchen

the apartment suites are great spaces for family with a kitchen, a living area with food-out bed and separate bedroom

the pool was not working and the pictures of the pool made it look bigger and nicer then it was

only thing i can think of is that there was no breakfast which i understand why that would be due to covid

for $205 a night breakfast should be included. only the coffee is free.

i went to a hotel up the road where my daughter stayed and her room had a full kitchen, couch and heated pool and hot tub and sauna, and the lobby had a bar - for almost the same

the pool was closed due to covid and the breakfast is not great.

very loud hot tub was only warm but they had just refilled and was still warming back up i guess pool was
