a gross guest laundry room

my clothing that i was told to leave in the room till morning when laundry opened were thrown away by the owner

service laundry only open 9 am to 6 pm

we're very very nice and i appreciate how understanding you were especially when i needed an early check

treatment of dogs. hrs of laundry room.. and mostly the 3 cockroachs we found ..

there was about 50 kids running around the halls and hotel over the last two days

distance to totem lake outdoor mall, a great walking trail, with a new kids park, trader joe’s, nordstrom rack, etc

ants in room. cable kept going out. kids ran up and down hall all night.

unfortunately there was no laundry facility, but other than that, it was awesome.

we stayed in a deluxe king room suite with a desk and chair, microwave, small kitchen sink, plenty of storage spaces, umbrella, bath robes and cute his/her slippers

the balcony was covered with spider webs and spiders, so it was hard to enjoy and the sink in the kitchen backed up

the only downside was that the pool and fitness center were both closed due to the covid outbreak, but we were okay with that

for a five star the showers were okay. the pool was freezing cold. the pillows were horrible.
