very friendly host, private parking inside the facility. looks brand new. 50 m from the lagoon

it is a 5 min walk from the laundry shop, and within a 5 min walk from many great cafes and restaurants

don't have laundry service so we had to walk a couple of blocks to the laundry place

they also offer a laundry service

and they definitely need to approve the wifi
