the huge spa tub in the room

the room was very clean and i loved the spa tub it was great

reservation for spa bath i did not receive

i liked the spa bath and breakfast was okay

kitchen set-up was excellent

full kitchen

the kitchen staff were very professional and accommodating

can tell that the hotel is struggling to hire good staff for housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen

although the kitchen area had enough supplies to feed a village, there was only one small table, one chair and a

there was also a dirty coffee cup placed with the others in the kitchen shelf

walk in shower, comfy bed and a kitchen that you can cook in, breakfast was also good great

convenient location. hotel amenities really nice with the kitchenette.

my kids were terrified to continue staying there

it's about an 15-20 minute walk to the arch (with kids).

the restaurants were almost entirely closed in the casino, which we were not aware of

we also skipped actual spa treatments, between difficulty booking times and the outrageous prices

customer service was above and beyond the norm, loved the room as well as pool and spa

room service very fast, room so quiet, just want i needed during my hectic travel schedule.

facility well kept but location next to seedy casino seemed misplaced

and went to the restaurant to order food to be disappointed that they were understaffed in the kitchen and that orders were taking really long

didn t feel comfortable or welcomed at all it was roaches i was yelled at by the server in the kitchen it was literally a

spacious room with kitchen

room sizes were nice and kitchenette useful.

the room was really big with a separate area for a couch and kitchenette area

my only complaint and it's minor, is the rooftop pool was small but still enjoyable.

pool area was crowded and could have been cleaner. pillows were too soft.

the gym center is very decent, cardio equipment and a free weights area, clean and well maintained

very clean, breakfast is awesome

the staff was welcoming. my request for early check in was granted.

the peacefulness and courtesy of the staff. the inclusive breakfast was great.
