the swimming pool is excellent

the pool/spa was large for a hotel

staff were very friendly, the beds and room extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and the entire hotel was spotless

breakfast was top of the line too, best hotel breakfast i have ever had

each hotel i booked for him, let him use the pool or gym if his room was not ready or it was too early to check in

close to downtown ligonier and top notch golf courses and fishing streams.

the location was great for us. easy parking. staff was friendly and clean rooms

having a pool for the kids to play in. quiet hotel not loud. perfect location.

could go on for days - not enough parking to accommodate guests

shared kitchen in the lobby was perfect for our needs

kitchen area & lobby very cozy

with this being a suite with kitchenette

suite with fireplace, large tub with jets, desk, table and sweet little kitchen

apartment suite could use some extra towels and kitchen stuff but really it was perfect for us

the breakfast left more to be desired

must of been a laundry room above us because you could hear the washing machines chug chug chugging

maybe more choices of breakfast items, like fresh fruit, etc

couldn’t find my dr letter to have the pet fee waived

nice, convenient. got a good price on the room until i got the pet fee!!!! too much!!!!

and you park right outside your door so it’s easy to deal with luggage or carrying sleepy kids into the room

expect the common wintertime critters such as field mice to make their way in, droppings on the kitchen countertop

the provided breakfast basket was also a total treat

but the breakfast, dining room (reception hall) , and the young lady that served us were exceptional

the kitchen manager placed easter eggs throughout the back yard space

unfortunately during covid-19 no hot breakfast, and cafe and bar closed

loved the facility especially the ev chargers!

we liked that the pool opened up early 6am and closed later than most 11pm, also that the gym was 24

the pool had to be shut down due to circumstances beyond the hotels control
