just picked a weekend with a lot of kids events. not the hotels fault

i liked the bed, the swimming pool area and the breakfast.

the front desk and bar staff were great.

breakfast was great eggs and sausage and juice and waffles and coffee and cereal

it would be nice if breakfast was open a little later.

also, there was hot food, like sausages, scrambled eggs and waffles at breakfast

was a lift for the pool so our daughter who has spina bifida was able to enjoy the pool as well

pool was empty.

no coffee, no housekeeping and the price went up. if you had kids the pool was dry.

the lady that came back and called the room phone at 11pm when the kids were sleeping and woke them up so i could pay

the shuttle into the downtown area was helpful since it's a little bit of a walk, but not impossible

there was not a thing i didn't like about the place except it was a monday, and the bar and restaurant were closed

breakfast isn’t free for everyone, but it was included with our booking

would have been great if the bar was open later on saturday night

the staff, location, fun design fib. the bar and food served is very good

the spa and workout areas are nice though

oh and i can't forget the amazing dinner we received via room service was exceptional

i get up earlier than my family so i usually eat alone - room service is great, but just not an option at that time

they were running a shuttle for $10 per person

staff was very friendly and nice personal touches of snacks, water, pool, games, tv, etc

the space was perfect and appreciated the kitchen to be able to have meals in the room.

they need to pump the basketball hard though it is a spacious suite with all the kitchen equipment

bed could have been softer, but loved the room and the kitchen.

the recliner was great, the kitchen spotless, plenty of table space/desk space

clean place with all basic amenities like kitchen, laundary available on site at a very affordable rate

they had what we needed when we needed it like kitchen ware ect..
