plenty of space, well equipped apartment with comfy beds and modern kitchen facilities

lots of attention to detail from kitchen utensils to board games for the rainy days

house was cute, clean and very well stocked to use the kitchen and bath

was very cosy, very warm and well insulated, comfy beds and good towels, and a very well equipped kitchen

great kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, excellent central heating for winter, off street parking and

kitchen - no microwave & frying pan

i would have liked more light on the kitchen but that is not a big issue

brilliant communication from owner and lovley unexpected welcome pack in the kitchen on arrival

was no soap in the bathroom but that wasn't a big deal as the kitchen sink is right next to the bathroom

spa hotel offers an exceptional retreat where culinary excellence, spacious and comfortable spa

maybe little details like a room service menu, better tea and coffee facilities but i'm trying hard to find fault

swimming pool + hydrotherapy pools were both excellent as well as beautiful with the garden setting

location was great, the room was lovely, they gave us a room with a small kitchen as we weren’t having breakfast which was really kind of them and even let us check in

little kitchen area was very well equipped and the thought and care of leaving milk and tea coffee and

worked very well because i belong to a bat group and we were doing netting and trapping at bath golf club which was only about 20 minutes away

loved the fluffy towels, cow shed toiletries, the kitchen was so well equipped, it was peaceful yet so close to the centre of bath

would 100% recommend the apartment was more like a little house bed and bedroom was massive the kitchen and bathroom was unreal with heated flooring

to covid, we had no access to alot of facilities like the restaurant and also no room service which is a pain

our reservation had breakfast included and definitely worth it, complimentary access to the spa in the mornings and evenings was perfect for us

the bar staff were lovely and made drinks (virgin cocktails) that weren’t on the menu which the kids loved
