i liked the availability of a suite with a kitchen option overlooking the bay

love the spaciousness of the room in the kitchen in the room was great… the bed was very comfy in the bathroom was large and bright, and

the room i was given had a leak somewhere in the kitchen and when i informed the front desk i was told maintenance would fix it

it had a laundry room close to our room which we had to use and one of the employees helped me to use it

site stated (and it's painted on the building) that there is a kitchenette but our room didn't have one

the top floor i kinda expected 2nd floor n bigger kitchen

no elevator or pool but knew this before time. so really no issues. loved it.

leading we understood there was a pool on sight, several of the online photos showed pool and other options that was not there

grate location ,the rooms were very comfortable and clean.my kids enjoyed the pool.

also alot of stairs, not having an elevator is hard with bags and small kids

check was @ 12 and they dont mind a late check out. also the pool stays open late.

it had a large private bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom not to mention a great view

no breakfast was given as it said on website and when i looked towards the kitchen there were boxes stacked and rats running all around

i asked a staff member & she said she doesn't work the kitchen but she will ask

that way we have a full yard, kitchen, and house

eggs & tortillas were cold for breakfast need heat lamps

also liked that we had access to a kitchen with utensils, fridge and stove top

breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable and air conditioner worked great as well
