kitchen is a good idea but a table and chairs in there would be nice, i had to eat my breakfast

to find, good location, ample parking, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room - small but perfectly formed- good breakfast

bar well stocked and reasonably priced for a hotel bar

the bar didn t serve until 19:00.

parking was on site and free, and we were within walking distance to the caen memorial museum

the room was incredibly bright with no way of making it darker which was really tricky with small kids for bedtime/morning

second location by the hippodrome was almost perfect with great decoration, large enough kitchen and fully functional bathroom and shower

cleanliness, the location, easy access to the property, even though we didn t used the kitchen but i like the living room and kitchen facilities

common kitchen was functional however

access to a living rom and kitchen was very pleasant

great shared area, kitchen and living room

please note: street is noisy at night due to a bar close by so rooms facing this side are not quiet
