we have some quite complicate nutritional needs and the kitchen went out of their way to provide for us

location, size of flat was spacious , the 2 bedroom apartment was excellent in size with a full kitchen, utensils, washer etc

we were upgraded to a slightly bigger suite and this came equipped with a kitchen, not that we used it as we always ate out

and the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, supplied with great items in the kitchen to self cater if needed

i arrived by train but i would imagine car parking might be a issue.

didn't get to use the pool as we were staying in the annex bit of the hotel across the road and it was booked up by

15 i got told the kitchen was closed, but they did cook something for me in the end which was barely cooked

no available food from kitchen as advertised because of the power cut, not even the advertised

the room i had was noisy from the kitchen fand but i was moved to a better room so very happy.

we checked in around 7pm and they took our order for dinner, nice bar with fireplace, sky tv, big parking, easy to find, very clean

not only that but they're upgrading some of their rooms to include mini kitchenettes and have transformed on room into a kitchen area which is vital for workers like

just lacked one or two kitchen implements and shampoo.

the kitchen area needed updated but that was discussed with the very helpful staff

from the well equipped room, the incredibly comfortable four poster bed and the spa bath, it was one of the best we've stayed in

no internet on tv and wifi didn't work on our laptop.

family connection until we arrived, but were able to provide a table for the family meal in the bar

a table was set in the bar so i could eat with my pet dog

the disabled parking spaces right near the property where a welcome sight due to my wife having a disability
