enjoyed the location of my room and the breakfast selection

the hallway walls was dirty and it was dirty laundry on the floor in

they were not able to provide towels in a consistent manner; partially because they gave the laundry staff timeoff — do they ran out of clean towels/washcloths

the pillows were way too small and not comfortable for myself or my kids

bugs made my kids uncomfortable

we loved the pool/jacuzzi and the breakfast! as well as the kitchen in the room!
