the kitchen counter was dirty, cleaning spray left in the bathroom

previously had an extended stay in a kitchenette

i ordered 2 bed room with kitchen

there was not any paper towels or silverware in the kitchen

kitchen only had 1 knife and 2 spoons for utensils

the pool was clean and they had enough clean towels

pool was very nice, the kids loved it

there was a youth hockey team staying there that was rather loud and unruly with kids playing hockey in the hallways and taking over the pool area being loud and crazy

the pool and hit tub facilities were large and well maintained

big room. omelets for breakfast. pool open late....and empty! two sinks.

we had a great vacation, the hotel has a wonderful spa complex! we are satisfied, thank you!

loved the bar and restaurant area

room was dirty, poor lighting, tv didn t work, lack of outlets near bedsides, terrible room service, and not able to get own ice/water

love the location, outdoor hot tub, onsite bar and restaurant!

the bed was perfect. very quiet hallways. parking so easy.

the complimentary coffee bar was very good

in stillwater and the darling wine bar across the street ( dominica) our room was good

pool was bath water warm wonderful

there was bacon with the complimentary breakfast which is amazing

pool was too cold

fabulous staff - especially the gal in charge of the breakfast area! pool was lovely!!

pre bagged breakfast is pretty terrible, but at least they have something for us during the pandemic

i also like the breakfast menu

no baseball teams, and we didn't even notice many kids

didn’t serve any breakfast but have bags with goodies in it and coffee and tea were available

wish we would have brought a swimsuit really nice pool area
