wifi was a little annoying - would regularly drop & we would have to sign in again to use it

shuttles to busch gardens, jamestown, etc meant we never got back in the car

the pool & adjacent water park for kids was best feature of the resort;

property was great. clean, close to everything and lots to do for the kids.

truth be told, i didn’t recall reserving a suite but it was well appointed with full kitchen, refrigerator and table/chairs included

main reason for staying at this hotel was because it is extremely pet friendly and because of the kitchen that's attached to your room

i wish there were a few more dishes in the kitchenette.

one of the pools and pool bar was closed during our visit.

but we had issues because of the disruption

staff was great and very accommodating to our family of senior citizen, kids and adults

menu given for room service but room really not conducive for eating unless you rent a condo
