the photograph of the pool area has nothing to do with reality and that breaks the trust between me and the hotel

the swan court, the pool, the room are all very nice

the pool was open.

the pool area was well maintained and there was a restaurant a short walking distance away

the mattress was really thin so the kids ended up sleeping with us, 5 in the bed, and there was no rolling over

don’t like the sink/vanity separate from the bathroom because it’s disturbing to the sleeping kids when i need to use the area

elevator did not work and there was no breakfast and the shampoo and soaps were not all

breakfast was simple and the choice of food was fair

us very cold and no chairs nothing at the pool, deco is ugly, it is dirty everywhere… we had a kitchen but nothing in it not even a fork or pan or plate…

reserved a room with a kitchenette but when i got there they said that it was going to cost more

we had a 2 bdrm suite complete with sofa bed and kitchen

laundry on site . they were able to change rooms. first one was wrong.

he put me in a room next to the laundry room and it was noisy and could not sleep because of the noise and the door slamming open

well munchies in laundry room were sodas in a vending machine that were $3

i liked the grab and go breakfast and they had laundry facility

the fact that they have an elevator and laundry facilities makes me a return customer.
