the full kitchen and grill was everything

we had a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, free parking, and not to mention a gorgeous ocean view, for a better

the staff were beyond accommodating, especially lori at the front desk/reception (my kids adored her), jorge at one of the main restaurants during breakfast (there are plenty of (+) staff is very friendly, resort is clean, food is great, several activities for kids in the kids club or kids can have a great back-to-nature experience at their beach and (-)noise from the kids (-)there is no 'adult' pool it was filled with little kids (-)was overpriced for being a mile away from the beach- a room service burger was $27, kids sliders at the pool were $19- we stay at many luxury properties and the costs for everything

the bar on 3rd floor has the same menu as the room service

remote curtains to improve privacy the ocean view to the fountain villa entrance while having a bar in the event to entertain your guests with a flat screen the exceptionally comforting bed etc

the only staff you see is a maid or 2 and the workers at the bar above the hotel

it's right under the cantina, so it can be loud (movements upstairs) when the bar was open.

if i would have paid for a late check out i wouldn't have gotten any sleep
