first room we had was over the kitchen extractor fan and therefore very noisy so we asked to move

kitchen was good, bed comfortable and great shower

room was noisy due to closeness of kitchen extractors, second room was no better but third room was quiet

it was however extremely warm as above the kitchen

for the room for one night i would have expected a sea view rather than a window overlooking the kitchen area to the rear of the property , or any view, i don t think the room justified the

breakfast and evening meals

thought that the breakfast and other meals were exceptional

a good stocked bar with excellent real ales

we had a nice big bedroom an ensuite and an adjacent room with a small kitchen (sink, fridge, cabinet with glasses and cups), tea, coffee, kettle milk

the room was large with the kitchen to the front and balcony looking out to sea

the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and sink which would be handy for a few days stay

with a king size bed ( a first for us ) , a living room area with it’s own settee and tv , a kitchen containing a microwave, fridge, and toaster plus cutlery and plates, and a sink with hot

beds they were a bit uncomfortable, and the cooker in the kitchen kept going on and off which drove me crazy when i was trying to cook

kitchen poorly equipped - luckily we brought our own utensils - but was clean

very clean good size of bedroom really good all everything was in the kitchen alover it's was fantactic love the

location is very close to the sea side, big swimming pools, apartments with fully equipped kitchen

and the sea view was so far away you would need a telescope obstructed view of what looked like kitchen ducting running all over the roof outside our window a bit like being in a industrial area

we were to be offered it, the cottage has absolutely everything you could need, fully fitted kitchen, all mod cons, comfy bed, ensuite, a real home from home, i don't want to leave

kitchen was great - a range, belfast sink, and really well equipped - the only self catering place

good to have permission to bring our dog kitchen well stocked, although teflon is comingoff both frying pans - its toxic

staff, early check in and parking

we live in paignton but love babackmbe and any opportunities we have someone to look after the kids would absolutely wish to choose

cutlery in the kitchenette wasn't clean so we had to wash it before we could use it

only very minor niggle was poor lighting in the kitchen area not helped by having a bulb out on the extractor hood

the apartment was spacious and very well equipped

the accommodation is very well thought out with a kitchen area that gives you the flexibility to cook your own meals if you wish

the property there are lots of lovely places to hang out including the lake, heater outdoor pool, lama’s, apple orchard, piggery - finally the breakfast was excellent - real farmhouse

breakfast was not as high quality as the rest of the stay

were using noisy strimmers, blowers and mowers for about two hrs whilst we were sitting by the pool

breakfast was to a very high standard in beautiful surroundings

upgraded our booking from a family room to a two bedroom cottage with a kitchen because we had a dog with us, perfect

we could have done with a chopping board in the kitchen but i'm sure if we had really needed one they would have found one for us

30 they were more than happy to keep the kitchen open longer to allow us to order our meals

lovely pub fantastic great god provided despite kitchen being closed (i arrived late due to very long journey) amazing value

lovely welcoming log burner in the bar which was lovely on a cold wet afternoon

two excellent sized bathrooms and bedrooms well equipped kitchen good sized dining

wifi in rooms car park to far away got locked out at night had to gain access through patio door as

did have a problem with wifi connection but nothing else.

depending on your fitness , very beautiful for us as a couple but would not be easy with small kids or if you need a stroller for kids
