my shower 207 leaked onto the bath floor and went down to the kitchen

loved the overall charm of the property - the antiquity, character, the pool, being next to the river, the quietness

starters in the campfire box & there being large piles of (what we assume were) dog poop in the pool area (the smell wafted towards the pool, guess someone didn’t pick up after their dogs)

historic buildings, very friendly hosts, breakfast, lovely room, quiet and great little town of

hotel giles is quiet and peaceful. the rooms are always clean and the breakfast was amazing.

our host also made a wonderful breakfast the next day

breakfast could have been at 8 instead of 9. i wake up hungry.

all wonderful. breakfast was way better than expected

would have been nice to have a free continental breakfast like most hotels

pool was closed for cleaning

the reservations wrong had 2adults and 2kids but they didn’t see kids so they put me in a king room but did move me when i called to tell

false advertising to top it off, the advertised restaurant, bar, and room service were closed the entire stay, none of this was disclosed at booking

because it's close to six flags, some people let their kids run up and down the hallways

the kitchen feels like a small apartment
