roaches in bathroom in our room and flying roaches crawling on the kitchen dining floor

had a kitchen fire our first morning waking us up at 5 after we’d been out til midnight with fireworks,

the first desk clerk (standing around) was in the kitchen with the food clerk talking causing the delay

the room, pool, & breakfast area was nice & clean

not enough treadmills in the fitness center

our check-in was not very smooth-we were told to get in the golf cart with our luggage to go to our room, but no one had the key

i would suggest to anyone interested in activities and onsite salon or spa services book way in advance

the hotel is beautiful, the staff at the spa was great

also on one of the days, your staff were not enforcing the adults only rule in the adults only pool

the position is terrific, and the room was spectacular. breakfast at buffalo’s was also good.

there was no kitchen sink. they had a microwave and refrigerator but no sink or table to eat at

we always love this place. third year in a row. i love the pool/beach side bar and the hot tub.

pool under construction was our direct view but understand it was the luck of the draw

modern and clean kitchen.

needed a place to stay while taking care of some family business and we wanted to have kitchen facilities so that we did not have to eat all of our meals out

then inside, the washer and dryer did not work and there were bugs in the kitchen and the beds were not comfortable

for example there is no room service but who cares

the hotel is very noisy and they charge a $200 pet fee, which they fail to mention upon booking.

the cabinet doors in the kitchen weren't in great shape but i wasn't there to live just to stay a couple of days

kitchen area could have been a little nicer and cleaner

could use a bit of caulking around the bathroom wall next to the commode, a new light bulb in the kitchen but thats all that we saw

my roommate did not like the breakfast bar.

like to use the gym at hotels while i’m there
