we arrived 4 hours early with the intention of just dropping off our bags but were allowed early check in as our room

upgraded our suite for free and gave us a late check out without us asking due to the inconvenience of the noise when we first arrived

our entire stay, the layout of room wasn’t very comfortable and the hotel was not the cleanest, laundry piled in hallways for days

the pool and spa were a real bonus after hiking

location was great. parking right under my room was perfect, especially because of the kids
