room setup for our family was perfect - 2 rooms, 1 with two beds for the kids and a little kitchenette with fridge and sink handy for storing snacks and refilling drinks, and a second room

faced the back of the property, with the view of the car park, and smells and noise of the kitchen, which is understandable for a room not facing the sea

original room was right above the kitchen extractor fan which was quite noisy

our room was above the kitchen and at 7am ish every morning we got woken the the extractor fans.

the kitchen was very modern and once we worked out the fancy oven it was all perfect

very clean, quiet and the kitchenette was very useful

eg; no cafetiere, not particularly well equipped kitchen, some questionable artwork

didn t pick up room service trays until the next morning.
