friendly staff. relaxing made the changes to the breakfast that we asked 4 clean room

i didn't have breakfast and the location was excellent

good size room comfortable beds nice staff, and good breakfast if required.

location great food all good breakfast great, had 1 evening meal excellent

room was directly over the wheatsheaf bar and saturday night is karaoke night

have to go though pub bar area to access rooms but not really a problem

lovey room away from the bussle of the bar area

efficient location is perfect wi fi was a bit poor when we got to our room, however a trip to the bar the helpful staff sorted and ensure we had wifi

the bar was well stocked at good prices

easy parking and key code to access main door and room which made it super easy

easy free parking and close pubs/restaurants near by

kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed

kitchen is currently under renovation, so continental only for breakfast at the minute

not enough towels and noisy fan from kitchen.

the idea of having a flat for ourself, with own kitchen and all 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, total privacy

room 16 was above kitchen, rather noisy up till midnight, and early 6am start preparing breakfasts

they can learn a thing or two from the kitchen staff

it did not have any kitchen utensils

is likely on me but i found the listing misleading as some pictures of pods showed it having a kitchenette and i should've checked i had that right, but on booking

left early in the morning before breakfast at 9am but the lovely lady in the kitchen did us bacon sandwiches to go

we booked a meal which came out of the kitchen piping hot and

staff explained no food as kitchen wasnt operational

the only downside was that the kitchen was closed for refurbishment during my stay and so i had to eat elsewhere although there is

no food available as kitchen being refurbished. wasn’t aware before the stay.

i then had to find my way out through the kitchen back door

advertises as a hotel b/ b but has no kitchen but still charges as b/bit is also a pub so have loud music until 1 am on friday

food was advertised but they had no kitchen staff during our stay

wasn’t also informed that the kitchen would be shut so no food

the kitchen area was awful and dirty and the dust and stains on the beds were not acceptable at all

outside room was kitchen unit it was smelly found moldy cheese and meet in cuboard, tastie machine in mess

unfortunately didn't have a menu available for food, due to just having had a new kitchen fitted

of parking to start with, lovely rooms and the food was amazing the fish and chips were first

the facilities are excellent friendly bar and restaurant staff, the meal was fantastic l would

room service great

excellent clean, modern with patio doors leading directly to the outdoor pool and our own private spa bath couldn't ask for a better room and

missing, could do with more extras for the money paid, no information pack in room, no phone for room service
