due to people smoking outside late at night, and it was confusing to access the hotel from the parking area

were a few men smoking right by the entrance, which didn t feel safe, and the elevator from the parking area didn t work without a special card something we only found out after a lot of

my parents, which i really appreciate, they (staff) are very patient with them, the lady at the kitchen (cheff/cooker) she always cook whatever my parents ask her for, so yes

hotel is near a comercial plaza, the pool is perfect size, the only problem is the room some rooms looks damaged (doors, floor, bath) (+)security and traffic control to keep cars safe. pool and amenities available. main road access.
