wifi was useless!

lobby and bar area spacious and comfortable

the location is excellent and close to restaurants and casino

have liked the bar to have been open but understand why with the kite festival the next day

to help themselves but on tuesday its was 30 degrees sunshine and self service and a begrudging bar service

just a short walk to a variety of good restaurants and beach bars, close to the casino

reception ladies were excellent as was beach bar & wifi

secure underground parking and swimming pool

pool was a bonus for the kids

pool is only open from 10am to 8pm

the swimming pool is an added bonus

nice, quite small pool

ear to city center and supermarkets )are good

the exit from the underground parking was ridiculous unless you re driving a tiny car

the pool area has no shade and no umbrellas were provided

wifi is adequate

with airco, friendly staff (certainly the lady receptionist in evening of 11th sept), good wifi, nice location on 20 minute walk to vieux port and city center, parking facilities in the (-)wifi you need to log in regularly, some noise in corridors and from neighboring rooms, no elevator (+)were all necessary things , like a desk and wifi (-)couldn't access the wifi (-)the wifi wasn t reliable, had to login time to time.

very accommodating with our bikes. very good staff. lovely breakfast
