the pool is not actually a pool, just for kids

service was excellent, all staff were very friendly. the spa is the hidden gem here.

oh, the property is pet friendly with some resident tame cats plus cute well behaved dogs with guests

a beautiful place, with a lovely reception area, bar and restaurant but the rooms are dark, the bathroom

from franciscan community: large ornate room, restaurant in attached open air garden, plus pool past that,

the pool was dirty and covered with a tarp

the heated pool is a huge highlight and the garden landscape is beautiful

hotel was fabulous, especially the gardens and secluded pool areas

dinner options can be extended, wifi is really poor for a business hotel

gardens in cuernavaca free valet parking totally worth staying here breakfast is excellent and well

they have a lot of activities for kids and also activities like yoga, zumba, etc

pool was cold, i ve read that it was warm my toddler did not enjoy because of the temperature

with a view on a gorge, spacious though simple room and a comfy bed, friendly staff, an on-site pool, very good

the room was exactly like the picture. the spa tub was nice for the price.
