thin towels pool area very sparse and unattractive very plain

the only meh was th fitness center- no air circulating and limited

side door entrance from the parking lot didn't work

smoothly (the luggage porters do not fit in the elevator without some major struggle), and the parking was tight

1st day we were allowed to have our grandkids over to swim

fact that we got squished between families that had 11 rooms rented out and the kids were out in the hallway

room was clean, comfortable beds, the pool was a little cool but the spa was awesome

only negative was that my room was adjacent to the parking lot near a side entry door

they had laundry facilities which is a plus for a family traveling for many days

liked the breakfast--good food and a good selection of items

i would like to give a special thanks to the front desk, her son, hotel employee from the kitchen were a blessing

jim was fantastic and the lady in the kitchen was a sweetheart

were pleasant, room was super clean, nothing appeared to be in need of repair, the saltwater pool was much

gym hours were 8 to 10. had to be st customer by 8 am and could not work out.

very clean, staff very friendly. pet friendly. nicely priced.

the breakfast wifi and coffee was terrible

i was from out of town visiting my grand kids

had wifi on 3rd and fourth floor for about 3 hours of our 2 day stay which is inconvenient because we

room was cozy, pool was great, staff was helpful & nice.
