good close to most of the restaurants there was a beach nearby which was necessary because their pool is broken

fact that there was no pool and i couldn't speak to the housekeepers because they didn't speak

in was unfriendly and impatient, the floor in the room was dirty, the lighting was poor, the pool was closed,

was really dirty no hot water no wifi

swimming pool closed and i only had two pillows on my bed.

the pool wasn't open. this is the second time we booked a hotel with a pool and it wasn't open.

there was no staff on duty that helped with laundry or towel needs or anything else

the tub and spa was dirty

i was disappointed that the kitchen or bar weren't open for dinner and there didn't seem to be any room service

also,at one point very loud kids at pool un attented by a parent for long periods at a time n all hours even

the parking was easy and close to the front and our room was spacious enough

would like to have seen a change in the daily breakfast

very welcoming right from check in. clean facility, great bar area, breakfast was very good.

usually at properties like this one, parking can be an issue

) and that a) distracts the staff and b) creates noise, parking issues, etc

there is a small bar for an after dinner drink and plenty of restaurant recommendations to try

we sat at the bar on the 1st floor and conversed with the owner how the property was acquired and all the

good gym. good restaurant dinner service. very efficient valet support for parking.

the gym is missing a pull-

excellent friendly staff. restaurant and bar staff, food, and drinks all good.

room was clean and comfortable, parking was well lit and secure, and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt

example= no way to wipe down equipment in gym, hand sanitizer pumps not filled, clock broken in room, outlets

the free coffee service in the immaculate lobby and he also recommended a great place to get breakfast just a

towels were worn. no room service done yet when we got back sunday afternoon.

gave the kids welcome snacks loved the happy hour, fantastic selection of wines,had some champagne & craft

excellent hotel and pet friendly. comfortable room and bed. friendly and helpful staff.
