the room and pool were immaculate

we didn t eat breakfast. location was great!

we liked the small details, the free beach parking and the complimentary beach towels were a very nice touch

a private beach including a parking spot

breakfast was great, food was fresh dining area is in a comfortable area of the building.

allowed for an early check in as we arrived a couple earlier than check in

decent wifi signal and cable tv package (appreciated at night or during inclement weather)

shower stall teeny 'resort' appears to be false advertising for this motel as there is no pool, no

non refundable extra cost for my pet

and the hotel employee service to the casino was awesome

atomosphere easy access in and out peaceful and quiet also breakfast (coffee) hour was perfect

i also like the waffle maker in the breakfast area with lots of great options for food

wasn t working it looked dirty pet hairs all over in the floor had to throw my socks out and on the bed

the kids loved it

spa tub was excellent. very homey. everyone was very friendly.

right across the street from mystic aquarium! the iron bar was amazing!!

the women's bathroom at the pool was out of order and there is no changing room or shower at the pool

the lobby was nice and the hotel had plenty of parking

was friendly, our room was nice and clean, and although we didn t have time to use the pool we used the gym

snow as well as they could have and should have the wasn't a clear path out of the room to the parking lot

i loved the french doors opening out on to the deck and the nice gas fireplace and seating area surrounding it

my non-smoking room smelled a bit like smoke

not enough parking, there was not a bar in the closet to hang clothes,

room service was poor

heat temperature in the spa and pool area was overwhelmingly high

the shower head leaked water every time you take a shower, and lastly room service, it was crappy, i only had

no room service

was a little wary of parking my car in back of the hotel

wifi and internet were off line during our three day stay

room was a bit tired. wish restaurant and bar was open at night.

breakfast was wonderful, location is beautiful and this old manor is beautifully maintained

a view of the water, our room had a view of the food truck they operate being cleaned out in the parking area
