love the fireplace

golf course was in great shape. good pace of play.

i felt like i was in some exotic but at the same time homely resort lots of activities: tennis, pool, biking,

we were unable to get a table booking to eat in the dining room so we arranged to eat from the in room service

lots to do! great breakfast buffet and swimming pool. staff was great.

accommodated our emergency needs for laundry (we have a toddler) and were understanding when we needed to extend

a bit short of parking spots

perfect location in gatenau, suburb of ottawa, easy parking, recommended

shaky wifi, no rugs in the bathroom area

they called to confirm my booking and allowed me an early check in and late check out at no extra

laundry facilities were good

have stayed here many times and we have a favorite room, the queen spa room

only concern is that parking is not very convenient if you are arriving later

snack bar opened passed 10pm

everything was great! the staff was amazing! the spa was very satisfying.

outdoor pool was a great surprise for us

for a quadruple room we only got 1 soap bar and 1 shampoo 1 conditioner

the shuttle service to the casino across the street was great

no food or bar available - said they couldn't find staffing!

unhelpful staff, never cleaned the room, room service is the worst, my worst experience at any

gym facilities, comfortable bed, nice big room on secure floor. very quiet and great staff.

gym didn't have a lot of equipment

they have plenty of free parking and free breakfast which is always fresh and they refill it regularly

free parking is hard to find with hotels but not with this one

the hotel room has a big spa bathtub and i liked it so much

parking is small

t expecting such a nice clean hotel for the location and the value parking was a little difficult
