ceiling falling down, filthy dirty throughout, changing rooms filthy, dirty towels piled up in a laundry bin,

waitress was left to sort out meal i was not happy with and no back up by other management or kitchen staff,

contacted the hotel twice before arrival to say my son had allergies and could they inform the kitchen
