fireplace did not work, odd layout, not super clean
the room was noisy as it was facing the parking lot/street and share a wall with laundry services
the tv wouldn't stay connected to wifi
internet/wifi did not work
there is lots of parking and as a bonus, outdoor plugs are available for those days you need to use your block

hotel staffs are so nice and friendly and they addressed our concerns immediately, :) this is a pet friendly
the wifi didn't work.
our room was great, wifi excellent and good variety on tv
the restaurant kitchen closes at 10 bar at midnight that was nice
plenty of parking but parking lot is awful and shared with the pub on the facilities
