was rude, hotel was dirty, pool was not usable because it was too cold

pet thing, online stated pet friendly but lady said no when we arrived

wifi was very weak in the room and there were times i could not connect.

wifi was very bad, no pool, no breakfast.

the lack of rugs or carpeting in the rooms

breakfast ( be there before 8 or limited options) we had first floor which was a bonus and laundry on

the kitchenette, the bathroom location and especially the couch for lounging

we booked 3 rooms this means that we didn't get a kitchenette that we booked last november so we could feed

we liked laundry facilities

wish the swimming pool had parent control, parent demanded to stay there with their kids, no matter their age

room was perfect with the two queen beds and then the separate couch and bar area

evening complimentary drinks and snacks in bar were a pleasant surprise

pool needs to be warmer a lot warmer.

so then we get to the room and decide to order room service, well attempted to order

from shuttle driver desk clerk,housekeeping to the resturant employees

i paid to have my kids swim and eat ice cream and have fun and the pool was broke

it was ok just need a little more parking

location and overal setup is good. perfect is the airport shuttle, wifi and reception open 24/7

everyone works with what they've got cheap and easy close to airport 24 hour shuttle i got a late check out as

com and they didn t have any pet friendly rooms left

puffin inn has an airport pick-up shuttle bus that took us to the hotel
