the mattress was a little hard for us but ok. no coffee maker in the kitchenette.
wifi was a bit slow, so i wouldn't recommend it for business trips.
no problems with parking
i called the motel to let them know my kids were stuck in a huge traffic jam and would be arriving

the private parking, staff and hottub were awesome.
parking was off-street and very convenient
the breakfast was self serve and perfect for our post covid world.
parking was easily available
the wifi wasn t working during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience.

great location with ample parking within close proximity of the room.
the wifi did not work at all
cant believe we found a smoking room with a king size bed wifi cable and so freaking clean for only 80 bucks
given that it was a smoking room (all that was available) it was pretty clean
would not change channels; lock and security chain were weak for a door that opened onto the parking lot

not even good but i guess if you're feeding a bunch of kids it's paid for and beats spending 50 dollars at mc
like that we traveled with our 3 kids and rooms were close.
