hallway was noisy, the parking lot had loud people both nights i was there, if the staff would get a handle on

maybe if they had their pool, etc open our opinion might be a little different but not to the point where we

we had a fireplace to keep warm, and the breakfast was fresh and varied - far better than most included breakfasts
