everything from the staff (and i mean every single staff member we encountered) to the room service fare, to
laundry services, no microwave
the top floor pool area and club house were very cool and the gym had the basics that you need
the sky bar & the swimming pool on the roof top was excellent!

great hotel to stay at with young kids
cleaner wifi connectivity rooms together rooms dusty dirty
the breakfast food was good, but the very best part of breakfast was the hospitality
i didn't like the space on the microwave or kitchen everything else was outstanding
pool needed to be warmer.

large room, micro/fridge in kitchen area, clean and wonderful balcony facing the ocean made for a pleasant trip

the kitchen staff were wonderful, very pleasant.
the wifi was also very spotty, it would only allow 1 device to connect and only for like 10mins then
spa tub more for one was a little tight
spa tub was clean and relaxing
it was nice location & a great view of the ocean plus spa tub in the room was a plus

i didn't have a pet w me so we were on the pet free floor
what i hate the most is young kids seem to want the whole pool to
no wifi! cannot connect to wifi at all
staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, parking was easy and we were only steps from the beach

from ny, we didn't realize there was a possibility the pool would be closed
hot tub, balcony, king-sized bed, great location on boardwalk to get to the beach, heated outdoor pool, free
asked for an early check in and they were very accomadateing, front deck gave us a room with no questions
wifi constantly kept bumping you off
no laundry bags in the room , the tv is to small
