better parking - parking is shared with other hotel - tough to find a spot.

was great except for the room service dishes and trays left for what looked like the entire day just down the
friendly staff & room was easily accessed & opened yo pool & green space
the dishes in our kitchenette were not cleaned very well despite the covid cleaning protocols
bowl for pet friendly room could have been nice too

well appointed kitchen. excellent location. free downtown parking.
whether it’s december or august the rooftop pool is a great way to spend time with the kids
the lack of a restaurant or access to any room service was our only disappointment
was a very fancy suite, the pool was easy to get to and amazing, the kids loved it
the jets on my spa tub did not work

staff are not all too friendly to kids, especially the young servers who work in the restaurant.

room - pool and jacuzzi were in immaculate clean condition - didn't use the gym but it did look ok - the restraunt
gyms and pools, lakeside with included resort amenities - would have loved to have taken in a bit
full so ordered room service
