room was wonderful, we didn t get to use the pool

style, very clean, all necessities provided, jacuzzi in the room a nice touch, breakfast excellent and mainly

had a car so the parking within a gated area was fantastic

the hotel is located in the outskirts of porto in a very quiet neighbourhood, and has a parking lot for guests

the brilliant addition to it was having a kitchen and a washing machine in there, so we weren't worrying about

we had everything we need in the kitchen, and the owner even left a bottle of wine as a gift

the wifi signal wasn t that strong across the apartment perhaps due to concrete structure

not sure about the single bed sheets, where my kids slept, but the sheets on our bed were giving my wife the

accommodation was so nice and clean, the kitchen well equipped and everything was fine

very central and we felt lucky to have a garden room which made it very easy for us to go to the pool and jacuzzi

beautiful room- we had the suite, room 11, the facilities in the room ( the spa bath) and outside ( the steam

24/7 room service

wifi is a disaster; it has a different connection for each room and most of the time my mobile

breakfast is poor

the breakfast area was nicely laid out with a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere

was convenient to everything, the room was huge, way bigger than expected & the spa in the bathroom was a huge

enjoyed the bar and talking with other guests

had the gym only been bigger and with weights and had the top terrace had bar service i don't see you would

very small gym facility. better of using the lovely space for a different purpose. nice terrace

room service was too loud alredy at 8.one day room was not cleaned.

laundry was very expensive for hotel to do

the kids enjoyed the swimming pool

kids had a good time having dinner in a cosy ample and safe space and a quiet night

wifi didn't work on my phone, constantly cutting out of signal so used all my 4g in a week

they did let us stay an hour later the next day to compensate but when it's your kids nap time
