hot water night 1 and night 2, no elevator, a/c, wifi, hot water or parking access all day/night

had issues with room service, and i wish the front desk would have mentioned to us when we checked in that they

room was clean and comfortable, parking was well lit and secure, and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt

it s walking distance to clevelnad clinic but they do have a courtesy shuttle that runs on the 1/2 hour

staff from front desk to breakfast staff to bar staff, all were wonderful

the pool and the outside area.

only one of the gym machines worked so i couldn t get a good workout

parking lot and the lobby were used as a playground for the children

pool was small and jacuzzi was broke!! pool had like 25 kids in it and no towels

this room solely for the hot tub, and once we arrived and took the kids down to the pool we notice the hot tub

i wish they had a airport shuttle

specifically booked this hotel for the spa bathtub

the breakfast item availability and quality was wonderful

couldn't get the wifi to work and had to use my hotspot

the shuttle could be newer. the drivers were helpful and nice though. overall, worth the price!

restaurant parkers was great for breakfast and we also had there wings in the evening

the lobby and gym are nice

gave the kids welcome snacks loved the happy hour, fantastic selection of wines,had some champagne & craft

one slight issue- the pet relief area that staff directed us to is posted to keep pets off

location, valet parking and pet friendly

good place to stay, convenient location, quiet area, nice pool area, spacious rooms, decent breakfast hot and

the parking lot lights were not working.

almost missed the breakfast on the second day

the parking lot and surrounding property was littered

a lot of things were broken ie pancake machine at breakfast, hot tub, sauna

no swimming pool

unsavory activity by other guests in the parking lot

plenty of places to eat bob evens is in the same parking lot

we had reserved 2 king suites with jacuzzis&spa bath

the police were there when we got there questioning guests in the parking lot

cause the wifi was out the whole time and i wasn't told i left my phone on my lyft so i was able to call

start they got our reservations completely wrong and gave us a smoking room instead of non smoking

unfortunately they are shutting down the pool

limited smoking rooms

the wifi was non-existent. the room smelled awful.

indoor pool and spa was nice

the jacuzzi at the room outside parking

the breakfast bar and bar but i understand due to the covid

convenient location. beautiful room and property. lots of parking.

they room was nice. had a spa tub and very clean.

to covid restrictions but still was able to go to the overcrowded bob evans and packed full mgm casino

clean. welcoming, friendly and warm enviroment. breakfast was so good
