smelled bad; traffic noise was very loud; felt unsafe; phone & wifi did not work; in december-room was cold;

parking lot not paved properly

i was driving to texas and had booked this hotel to rest since it was pet friendly

parking lot needs to be sealed.

location to reach memphis for a fair price: parking, highspeed wifi and close to food place

also no pancakes for kids

enough for kids to do and the price was totally different a lot more once i arrived because i booked through

spa was amazing

kids loved the scavenger bingo, i appreciated the historical education in it

the balcony view, fireplace, furnishings, lighting and especially the bathroom were all grand

parking sucked,my room had mold all over, the floor was wet and there were dirty towels left on the

working elevator, pool empty, when checking in guest complained about no power in room, ceiling showed water

the pool open, elevators working properly, ice machine on every floor, and no leaking water.

additionally the pool was out of order which was not stated on the web

parking lot need more spaces to park.

location was good for a short car journey downtown: plenty of parking and not busy.

pool was small but clean

smoking deposit when i don t. smoke

no carpets in the room. clean and comfortable.

the wifi was spotty

and gym is as expected for the price, am happy with the say and nice staff

nothing worked correctly from the tv to the wifi, to the heating system, to the lock on the room door, the

very comfortable bed good choice on pillows great selection for breakfast

unreachable throughout the entire stay and after, the key would get shut off sporadically, the laundry was broken
