on the 3rd floor is a piano bar with comfortable seating, coffee, water, fireplace, games and lincoln logs for

room service staff was wonderful but i was a little disappointed in the amount of food for the cost

the kids loved opening the door to snacks and watching the fish from the balcony

also no pancakes for kids

the gym was good, the level 3 bar with fire place is a great spot to chill and relax

parking lot need more spaces to park.

working elevator, pool empty, when checking in guest complained about no power in room, ceiling showed water

the pool open, elevators working properly, ice machine on every floor, and no leaking water.

parking sucked,my room had mold all over, the floor was wet and there were dirty towels left on the

additionally the pool was out of order which was not stated on the web

to deny me my stay because i had a pet although the booking didn t ask

if the place is pet friendly, it needs a proper area for tge pets to go and be a little free.

floor in room was uneven. spa tub didn't look usable and damaged.

there was kids running around the halls and parking lot at 1&2am in the morning

te breakfast was great. also the kids enjoyed the pool.

breakfast was just continental, due to covid, but we ate out every morning anyway, so it did not
