shuttle service didn't start until 8am as our flight left at 615

the pool was cool and the hot tub warm. a sympious harmony of comforts.

updated rooms were attractice, clean and except for screaming kids running up and down hallway, very quiet

lol if you or a family member use a wheelchair there isn't any parking spots for cans with wheelchairs

parking was wonderful, the room facing the beach was wonderful, the beach was clean amd had chairs

noisy, mosquitoes, old slow elevator, smell from kitchen down below at the side of the building - not even try

kids stayed in the pool and hot tub all the way to 11pm

didnt like that there werent more services like spa services or tours directly a part of the hotel

it was nice to have a kitchen in the room

had issues getting the wifi to connect

so we had to walk down to the parking lot and in through the front door to get to the beach

to covid breakfast choices were limited

beautiful room, friendly-helpful staff, very affordable, close to restaurants, plenty of parking area

the breakfast was wonderful plenty of choices and amounts sufficient to provide for the crowds.

hotel gym is very big and nice

room is to small to serve guests for breakfast, not enough seating.

really difficult to make a left turn out of the parking lot

it had a gas fireplace, a jacuzzi tub in the room with a nice large comfy bed

needs room with kitchenettes

breakfast wasn t anything special, cereal bars, muffins...and coffee.

internet wifi worked great

in room phone didn t work, the wifi wouldn t connect, got the room just for the jacuzzi tub and the knob

place was amazing and it included free wifi

are opposite of what the knob says so obviously installed wrong and the faux drawer on the little kitchen counter

parking lot is small

rooftop bar was also very nice

parking is pretty limited and the indoor pool area is really small.

pool/spa said it was 24/7 but when we got there it closed at midnight and didn t open until

all is great, wish you had guest laundry, tho.

huge lakefront suites with hot tub, fireplace and wrap around balcony

my kids also loved the outdoor pool

had a vow of the golf course but the ground was all tore up due to vehicles

there were people parking in our buildings lot that did not stay there.

water tap for making coffee (kind of kitchen water tap) is far from other kitchen parts and is located near

times for kids activities were short

the location was great and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool

parking was a little issue the first night.
