undercover heated spa, and swimming pool

tennis courts, gym, massage, swimming pool and sauna etc

wifi was not good. television was extremely poor

the view & room (premier spa suite) were outstanding

also loved the variety at the buffet breakfast

the reception needs to stop assuming all families have 4 kids

there was parking for our truck. easy access, was really convenient for the truck

there was a microwave and 2 tvs which was great for preparing snacks for the kids and keeping them entertained

suggest having bowls in the kitchenette so people can have their own cereal in the morning

over spa tub without grab rails

swimming pool was not clean and advertised laundry but nothing available

great value for money, quiet area, free parking onsite.

very friendly staff who up-graded us to a spa room, even though we never used it, due to

great motel clean comfortable close to shopping centre quiet bonus bbq and pool will be back thanks for lovely

great location. comfortable and relaxing. kids loved the pool.

laundry facility was dirty motel in need of good

quiet and easy parking

wifi was the most reliable we have had

have kitchen, spa bath and comfortable bed

easy access, good parking, friendly owners

complaint was we were not told about renovations no lift and told too cold to access pool

the room was a decent size to suit my husband, 4 kids and myself

when arriving at 2pm , corridors were full of laundry

the kitchenette was very handy which includes a bar fridge to put your own drinks and food in

motel has a strict no cooking policy ($1000 penalty if caught), so restricted to the use of small bar fridge

parking was very tight. would not recommend taking a large vehicle.

stay for overnight accommodation the reception we received was amiable & friendly having car parking onsite was

was clean as were the kitchen ware, bed was comfortable, good nights sleep

kids were scared

our room was clean and serviced daily, we had everything we needed and kids loved having wifi

bar on level 10 is great: awesome view, solid cocktails

fabulous kids enjoyed it

no spare blanket minimal kids meals on room service menu

the pool

the bar upstairs did not serve coffees and kids banned after 6pm so difficult to enjoy that
