bed comfortable and room clean, there was tea/coffee making facilities and sky on tv plus free wifi

good but towel rail could have been put on to dry towels as there was no room service

- we should have booked a longer stay secondly all the staff were exceptional from reception, bar staff, cleaners

only issue i had was the wifi in our room, which was right at the top of the manor house, room 12, was very weak

wifi wasn t always reliable. everything else was great

would be nice to have a curtain between the kitchen and the bedroom as the roof in the kitchen lets a lot of

kitchenette was a bit small.

limited light in the kitchen diner, due to it being a loft room.

perhaps a small shelf to put in the shower so you can rest your bottles and razors and maybe pet blankets and

the property there are lots of lovely places to hang out including the lake, heater outdoor pool, lama s,

a well equipped kitchen and loved the molten brown soaps and shower gels

the accommodation is very well thought out with a kitchen area that gives you the flexibility to cook your own

breakfast was lovely and great views to the estuary & we especially enjoyed eating in the pool

and a chocolate don t just turn the bed down *replenish the room properly *be responsive to room service *

the grounds, the outdoor pool, the sculptures, the staff, the food, the lovely bar and restaurant and hotel

invigorating swimming pool again with amazing seascape views

were using noisy strimmers, blowers and mowers for about two hrs whilst we were sitting by the pool

breakfast, fantastic location, welcoming staff, well appointed but relaxed atmosphere

location ,helpful staff ,easy parking,choice of eating areas good food ,only1 complaint on one occasion :::the

only downside, the tv weren t connected to the wifi but we weren t bothered to ask the staff to sort it out

have stayed at the hotel a number of times now, it's a great getaway if you need a break from the kids and just

manager didn t listen re our booking in a pet friendly room & mistakenly said we hadn t paid our drinks bill
