helpful staff, great laundry facilities, convenient location to get to all parts of the city.

but it's too bad it only allows me to go to the floor i'm staying on and the laundry floor

customer service was bad too, yeah i do know we late for check out

our breakfast to vegetarian:) - great facilities, with really cozy and stylish cafe, coin laundry and vending

laundry facilities too

the spa and pool were fantastic after a long day out walking

location friendly views pool

hotel, outstanding breakfast, the staff is so helpful

the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the room was great, the whole pool area was absolutely beautiful, so nice

the staff is super attentive, the rooms have great views and breakfast is excellent

just regret i didn't have time to try the pool

the bathroom was like a spa

breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic.

some items on the menu or in the bar were a little pricey but this is a 5 star hotel and i believe you get what

most google reviews are for the bar or sauna

the bar downstairs serves as the de facto front desk but it is closed during the day, so i recommend

the bar is also very good
