pool was open but it was a little dirty

no kitchen as advertised for king suite, microwave was rusty, peeling inside, and dirty

not have one piece of grass for dogs except little bit right beside busy road and i asked for a late check out

remote control car to didn't work. no kitchenette,7am call for no reason... etc

there was 3 vehicles in parking lot with flat

was a small seating area that had a possible pool or jacuzzi we wished it was opened but looked like it had been

staff was exceptionally accommodating to our needs and helped us with our truck and trailer for parking

breakfast, loved the pool and hot tub able to wash and dry our clothes we had on from the beach

wifi was impossible to use on a laptop and had to be signed in daily on iphone /ipad

laundry room was down so sam washed and folded my clothes

internet /wifi never worked in the 2 weeks i stayed

everything was clean, pool was warm but seating was nice and shaded, super close to a convenience store and

wifi was acting up while i was there and they didnt have a tub stopper in my room,had to use a

when i left the spa i was so relaxed i will recommend san luis resort to everyone that is looking for a great

and not even having to leave the resort *tropical island vibes *planned daily schedule for kids and adults *the

outside bar waitresses were extremely slow , need more people working the bar .

needs an upgrade and hot tub needs some more rules about kids and floats in the hot tub
